I debated about whether to include this one or not as it isn’t written in html5 but does use html class and ID names similar to those found here from Oli Studholme or Jon Tan.

It shows how even if you don’t to jump right in and use html5 new elements you can at least prepare for it and make your transition to using it somewhat easier.
