From Jason Moss, you’ll see use of a number of <nav>‘s <article>‘s and <sections>‘s.
I’m not too sure if using <nav> a lot on a page is a little overkill, the spec says
Not all groups of links on a page need to be in a nav element — only sections that consist of primary navigation blocks are appropriate for the nav element.
What do other people think about this?

Yes thats on my list of things to do and will happen in the next couple of weeks. I’ve had a few requests and will get around to it.
However this does open up the fact that people will start judging sites on design rather than the markup so I do have to be slightly wary of that fact.
