I have improved my HTML 5 markup since the original article. Although the site still uses a fair amount of DIV layers it semantic readability has increased dramatically. I have published the structure I adopted for my photo blog in this article adopting my blog to 5 part 2 the structure. You may find it interesting.
Thanks Ted, I’ll take a read, I find in interesting how everyone interprets the spec in and elements relationships to one another in a slightly different way (with some exceptions of course!).
