Uses several new elements but could have include more HTML5 by using JavaScript with the figure element for the photo’s rather than Flash.

Seems to me that the site is still relying on Flash ! The main section (Photographs) and the home page are in fact requiring Adobe Flash.
This is a flash site…not HTML5…
