Nico makes good use of new HTML5 elements and avoids common mistakes. However he could remove the type attributes from the script and stylesheet link tags, and use small in the footer to mark up the legalese text. In the “New Facebook Logo Announced” article the position of the figure element in the document flow is important, so div would be more appropriate.
