The document itself has no title in the outline, but this could be rectified by putting an h1 into the header with the logo as its background image using image replacement, or dropping it directly into an h1 and using an appropriate alt attribute. small could have been used in the footer, and the type attributes on script and stylesheet link elements are not necessary.
