I personally wouldn’t put an aside element in the header as the text it contains seems quite appropriate for the header (otherwise remove if from the header altogether) and there’s also inappropriate use of the br element. I would have used the footer element to contain the footer information rather than a section. Again there’s no need for the type attribute in the script or stylesheet link element.
