The site background is a full screen canvas element with an animation of lots of different coloured balls bouncing off the sides of the screen at different speeds. The content of the site is well marked up using article for the blog posts and aside for the secondary content.

The blog timestamps could be in time elements, and there is an opportunity to use new form input types and attributes in the contact and comment forms.
