Clean use of HTML5 semantic structure here and nice to see the search input type in the header. The homepage is split into a number of headed sections which are enclosed in a div where a section would actually be ideal.

The blog section has each entry in an article element although the posted date could be contained within a time element. The images in the slider could have made use of the figure element althoguh that’s not essential.

Remember that the type attribute is no longer required in the script element.
