Many of the new structural HTML5 elements are used here, with header, nav, hgroup and footer all present. The single ‘privacy’ link in the footer shouldn’t be contained in a nav as it is not promary navigation.

The company’s address should not be contained within an address element as it not to be used to wrap a postal address. Where div class="section" is used, these could actually use the section element as each of them have a clear heading.
