Full service web agency, Bolt from Amsterdam. The site is built on HTML5 Boilerplate. There are some empty header elements that aren’t really required. The main area could do with splitting into sections. Each news item could use an article and the time element.

Personal portfolio of Marco Barbosa. This single page site features HTML5 with the Less Framework. There is no need for the first section around the nav as they both serve the same purpose for the document outline. There is also no need for the about section element as there is an article element inside it.

It’s interesting to note that Marco has use the pattern attribute to perform a check on the email address field of the contact form.

Personal site of Ian Devlin, as a side note Ian’s blog isn’t HTML5. I don’t believe that social links should be within an article and remember section shouldn’t be used as a generic wrapper. Ian also makes use of some of the new web forms input types and attributes such as placeholder.

Nicholas has previously been featured on the gallery for another project and now he’s back with a Web App. I’ll leave Nicolas to describe it:

“The application provides with a tool to present photographic-work stored at Flickr on a website. There is an option to do a test-drive.
Something else.. the application links to a wp-blog (http://blog.nicolas-holzheu.com/) with the same design also in HTML5 … but i guess a wp-template is boring?
