The navigation is wrapped in a nav, but the language menu, correctly, is not. In fact this is a great example of where the menu element could be used. The navigation in the main footer is also not in a nav, which again is correct. Each puzzle summary is contained within an article element which is again good use. The sub menu on the right is also in a nav (again correctly!).
