The site uses an article elment with appropriate heading to then contain a number of divs each of which could probably be a section as each have their own heading.

Where two h elements are together, they should ideally be placed within an hgroup element. On the templates page, the template images themselves might be better contained within a figure, and their descriptions within a figcaption.
