The main navigation is enclosed in a ul with an id of “nav”, which should really have been wrapped within a nav element. The small element is used incorrectly here to enclose a date where the time element would have been more appropriate. The small element itself could have been used to enclose the copyright statement in the footer.

Remember that the type attribute is not longer required by the script element.
